How much notice is needed to book a car valet?

It really depends usually a day’s notices is fine but a week’s notice can ensure you get a booking.

Do you need access to water or electrical power points when you valet my car?

Our specially kitted out vans have everything onboard to carry out a complete mobile car valet service.

Do I need to be present whilst you valet my vehicle?

No you do not need to be present. We conveniently valet your vehicle whilst at work or home. We as a business as specialists in mobile valeting want to make it as easy as possible for you to make a booking with us at a time and place that suits you.
We do however need a signature on completion of the work carried out.

Can you remove brake dust, and tar marks from wheels?

Yes

Can you remove road tar from my car?

Yes, we have the correct cleaning products which will remove road tar from your car.
 
Do you offer service to commercial customer?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all cash, cheques, and card payments over the phone at head office.
